Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.
Barby Supply is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered processing, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed.
